Dear Maude,
When you poured your heart and mind into creating this evening where we came together to mourn Ted's passing, it was one of the most beautiful and memorable evenings of my life. Letting the tears fall and feeling the mutual support was the golden thread you wove the evening. The strength and gentleness with which you held the space nourished me enormously. The musical choices were carefully considered and punctuated with poignant moments of silence and contemplation. The whole ceremony was magical. Your passion for rituals and facilitation is clearly evident. You have brought together our community to share our individual and collective grief. This turned into a powerful and lasting love that reminds me of the beauty of Ted's life. Thank you for offering this service, I hope to be part of many more ritual designs made by you.

We weren’t sure whether/ how to o a memorial service for him. Maude was incredible to work with. She validated our feelings of grief and helped us to put it into words. Through her work, we were able to channel this grief into a beautiful ceremony. It was incredibly valuable for us during our grief journey to gather with our family and remember William. In this ceremony, we mourned not only for his shortened life but the loss of his future. It created space for his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins to say farewell to him too. Although our grief will never be concluded, this felt like an important part of the process. We are grateful for Maude for creating such a beautiful and meaningful ceremony for us. Thanks again. ”

The workshop "The art of reliance" was for me a real balm to the heart.
Global warming, environmental concerns are major social issues that provoked all kinds of emotions: anxiety, fear, anger, deep sadness, despair, desolation, shame and many others.
Thanks to this workshop I was able to make peace with my humanity and that of others.
It allowed me to learn to connect to the present moment, to nature and all that breathes life and to take coherent and committed actions for real change that begins with me.
